Looking for TWO (2) F/T Cook (Sushi) positions.
About Us :
WRCJ Sushi Mori Restaurant Ltd. dba Skobi is sushi and Korean bbq restaurant and we’re located at #105-19933 88 Ave. Langley Township, BC, V2Y 4K5. We’re looking for the skilled cooks who will join with us.
Working Conditions :
• Wage – $23.00 ~ $25.00 per hour (depending on work experience and skills)
• Working hours – 40 hours per week
• Employment type : Full-time / Permanent
• Benefit : 10 days’ paid vacation OR 4% vacation pay
• Job Duties :
– Prepare and cook sushi, sashimi and all kinds of rolls from the menu.
– Trim fish such as tuna, salmon and etc.
– Assist in developing new menu.
– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions.
– Control the inventory and maintain work area clean.
Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience as a cook.
– Completion of High School is required.
– English
