Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Wage: $36.60 per hour
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Benefit(s): 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay
Your job duties will be:
– Ensure all ordering and tasks are completed to successfully run the restaurant properly.
– Assist with all administrative aspects and duties
– Monitor and troubleshoot any restaurant, building maintenance and employee problems and find solutions.
– Process payroll for all restaurant staff.
– Train and educate all staff for operational excellence.
– Involve in hiring new staff.
– Create and adjust all staff schedules.
– Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
– Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
– Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues.
– Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to the menus.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of work experience as a restaurant manager or related supervisor role
– Completion of high school
– English
