Term: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule：40 hours per week
Start Date: As Soon as possible
Salary: CAD 52,000/year
 
What to expect in this role on a given day:
• Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of studio staff
• Dispatch and schedule event staff and plan delivery routes and logistics
• Resolve problems and related complaints with customers and implement corrective
measures and process improvements.
• Communicate with customers both before and after sale
• Train new employees in job duties and conduct performance reviews regularly
• Interview potential new employees
• Take weekly inventory counts and order new stock for all locations
• Co-ordinate schedules and logistics plans with partner stores
 
You will be a good fit for this position if you have:
• Completion of a college diploma is required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Inventory and event management skills
• Leadership and problem-solving skills:
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
