Description
Terms of Employment/Salary:
– Full-time (35 hrs per week)
– Permanent
– Day, Morning, Weekend
– $27.00/hour, 2 weeks annual vacation pay
Job Duties:
-Establish work schedules and procedures
-Perform routine clerical duties
-Prepare and submit reports
-Maintain work records and logs
-Perform general office duties
-Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
-Create, investigate, track and complete work orders
-Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
-Provide customer service
-Co-ordinate, assign and review work
-Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
-Keep track of shipments
-Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
-Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
Skill Requirements, (including language, education and work experience)
– English
– College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
– 1 year to less than 2 years
