Job Title: Loader Operator-Construction (NOC: 73400)

Employer: Birch Hill Construction

Location: 11 McElroy St, Moncton, NB E1C 9T2

Wage: 21/hr for 40 hrs per week

Vacancy: 2 vacancies

Job Requirements:

Languages

·       English or French

Education

·       Minimum: Secondary Education diploma or GED

·       Apprenticeship training of less than 2 years or equivalent experience

Experience

·       At least 2 years to less than 3 years of work as a excavator operator or related field.

Duties:

·       Operate a loader to transport and load materials

·       Perform routine maintenance on equipment, such as changing tires or replacing batteries in the truck.

·       Maintain accurate logbooks for all loads loaded by hand

·       Monitor loading conditions of trailers at each stop before moving them into storage areas.

·       Ensure that proper paperwork is completed prior to starting work.

·       Follow safety procedures when operating trucks

·       Keep track of inventory levels and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations regarding safe working practices.
