Position Info:

• Position: Cook
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $15.30~ $18.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions:  3
• Work Location: 519 Ellice Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3B 1Z1

Benefits:

• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:

• Prepare dishes and foods by using standardized recipes
• Plan menus and determine the size of food portions
• Maintain inventory and keep records of food, supplies and equipment
• Examine kitchens and food services areas and make sure the food is prepared in hygienic conditions
• Supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee kitchen operations

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
