AFC Sushi is delivering high-quality food and exceptional service. Currently, we are in the process of hiring an experienced Line Cook!

Position: Line Cook
Vacancy: 1
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- May clean kitchen and work area
- May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
- May hire and train kitchen staff.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years of cooking experience is required.
Conditions.
Wage: $17.00 – $18.00 / hour (To be negotiated) and 4% of vacation pay
Working Condition: 30 – 40 hours a week.
