Position: Line Cook
Working Hours: 40hrs per week, 5 days a week, may have to work overtime if needed
Work Shift: It can be daytime, evening, weekends and/or holidays
Wage: $20.00~$22.00
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Main duties
- Prepare and cook our meals on menu such as breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert as instructed by chef
- May plan menus and determine food portions size
- Make sure food quality meets standard
- Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staffs and train them if needed
- Monitor and order supplies as instructed by chef
- May clean kitchen and work area
Employment Requirements
- Completion of Secondary school
- Minimum two years of commercial cooking experience as a cook
- Be able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
