Position: Line Cook

Working Hours: 40hrs per week, 5 days a week, may have to work overtime if needed

Work Shift: It can be daytime, evening, weekends and/or holidays

Wage: $18.13~$20.00

Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Main duties

 

  • Prepare and cook our meals on menu such as breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert as instructed by chef
  • May plan menus and determine food portions size
  • Make sure food quality meets standard
  • Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
  • Oversee kitchen operations
  • Supervise kitchen staffs and train them if needed
  • Monitor and order supplies as instructed by chef
  • May clean kitchen and work area

 

Employment Requirements



    

  • Completion of secondary school
    • 

  • Minimum two years of commercial cooking experience as a cook
    • 

  • Be able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
    •
