Position Info:
- Position: Cook
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $16.50~$19/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
- Number of Positions: 2
- Work Location: 734 Esplanade Ave, Ladysmith, BC, V9G 1A1

Job Duties:
- Prepare accurate ingredients adhering to the complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Supervise all kitchen performance
- Maintain inventory and monitors food condition, supplies, and equipment
- Keep sanitized of kitchen and all food service areas
- Organize menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs
- May train for new staff and assist other cooks in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
Job requirements:
- Language: English
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience is required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
