Description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor for our Company
“Jay Bhavani Canada Inc.” located at 13-12 Steinway Blvd, Etobicoke, ON M9W 6M5

• Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials; processing purchasing transactions; dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes; and other related activities
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force and participate in their improvement
• Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements
• Maintain Records of Stock, Wastage and Sales.
• Train workers in job duties
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Estimate workload based on the weekly sales volume and establish work methods to meet load.
• May conduct performance reviews of supervised workers
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Prerequisites:

Education: College or other non-university certificate or diploma of 1 year to 2 years
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience 
Language: English

Physical:

– Must be able to work any area of the warehouse when needed.
– Position requires bending, standing and walking the entire
workday. Must have the ability to lift 30 pounds frequently and up
to 50 pounds occasionally.

Hourly Rate: $33-$36 To Be Negotiated per Hour for 33-40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and Permanent

Benefits: 4 % vacation pay,
