Position: Immigration Consultant Assistant

Your Role: You'll be the bedrock of legal support to our Senior Immigration Counsel. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lodging accurate applications to the pertinent governmental bodies.
  • Diligently researching on immigration norms to ensure impeccable compliance.
  • Engaging with clients for document acquisition and review.
  • Researching, tabulating, monitoring, and reporting on all processed applications.
  • Assembling all prerequisites for varied immigration applications.
  • Ensuring seamless case processing till final IRCC approval.
  • Undertaking any other relevant responsibilities.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both ENGLISH & SPANISH. Applications without Spanish proficiency won't be considered.
  • Stellar communication capabilities.
  • Competence in individual and team settings, marked by positivity and enthusiasm.
  • Proficiency with computer tools: iWorkMac, MS Suite, Adobe, Slack, Google+.
  • Keen attention to detail, proactive nature, and adeptness at managing high-volume applications with strict deadlines.
  • The resilience to operate in a dynamic environment under pressure.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in the domain.
