Job duties and responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Making beds and changing linens.
• Replenishing towels and amenities.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or damages.
• Cleaning and maintaining common areas.
• Emptying trash cans and replacing liners.
• Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Collecting and handling laundry and linens.
• Providing friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Handling lost and found items appropriately.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Communicating with other staff and departments.
• Following hotel housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Keeping work areas clean and organized.
