Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, assign, and review tasks of hotel clerks, reservation staff, and other related personnel.
- Develop and implement work schedules and procedures, ensuring synergy with other departments.
- Handle work-related challenges and draft progress and other related reports.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff on their job roles, safety guidelines, and company policies.
- Procure essential supplies and materials as needed.
- Oversee the effective functioning of computer systems, equipment, and other machinery; coordinate maintenance and repair when necessary.
- Manage basic bookkeeping tasks and have a familiarity with accounting procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years' experience in hotel service, preferably in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Strong knowledge of accounting with the capability to manage basic bookkeeping tasks.
- An inherent sense of teamwork, coupled with a passion for service.
