Job duties and responsibilities:

Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression.
Efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying reservation details and processing payments accurately.
Assisting guests with room reservations, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Managing telephone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Adhering to hotel security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Resolving guest complaints or issues in a courteous and efficient manner, promptly notifying management of recurring problems.
Collaborating effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments to address guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
Demonstrating knowledge of hotel policies, services, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
Identifying opportunities to upsell hotel services and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
