Home support worker

Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1.     Provide personal care to seniors at home, including assistance with feeding and dressing.

2.     Prepare and serve meals tailored to the dietary needs of seniors.

3.     Help seniors with mobility issues, ensuring their safety while moving indoors.

4.     Provide reminders for medication schedules to seniors.

5.     Perform light housekeeping tasks and keep the home clean.

6.     Maintain a safe and healthy home environment.

7.     Maintain open communication with both seniors and their family members.

Required Qualifications and Experience: 

·       Education: Secondary school graduation certificate

·       Work Experience: Related work experience preferred

·       Language: English

·       Asset language: Mandarin

·       Personal Suitability: Reliable, patient, organized

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday

Work Location:  Employer’s home
