Requirements:
-English
-Completion of high school
-Minimum 1~2 years of work experience as a cook
Job Duties:
– Prepare food for service including chopping vegetables and preparing sauces for the Tempura, Udon, Miso soup, and etc
– Make the sauces used for cooking, such as Teriyaki and Tempura sauces
– Assist in developing new menu and sauces
– Ensure quality of food and determine size of food portions
– Clean work area
