Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook hot and cold foods according to the recipe and quality standard
- Keep the food preparation area and kitchen clean and organized
- Plan menus and determine the size of food portions
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling food
- Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies
- May participate in hiring staff
- Estimate food requirements and order supplies
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
