Job Position: Head Cashier

Job Type: Full-time

Wage: $22.60/hour

Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage work schedules for cashier and office staff, ensuring optimal coverage during operational hours.

-Generate detailed reports on sales volumes, merchandising trends, and personnel-related matters to facilitate informed decision-making.

-Organize and maintain inventory of bottles and related items, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.

-Address and resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and shortages in supply, to maintain smooth operations.

-Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashier, office, and volunteer staff, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

-Conduct performance reviews for staff members, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.

-Oversee the day-to-day activities of both office and volunteer staff, ensuring adherence to operational protocols and standards.

Requirements:

-Secondary school graduation is usually required

-Previous 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor is required.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

-Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
