Position: Full-time Head Cashier
Vacancy: 2
Duties:
-Manage and supervise the cashier team on a daily basis
-Ensure the accurate and efficient operation of the cash registers and cash handling procedures
-Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and issues
-Maintain proper cash levels in the registers and perform cash reconciliations at the end of each shift
-Train new cashiers on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
-Assist with scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak business hours
-Monitor and maintain a clean and organized front-end area, including cash registers, store supplies, and displays
-Perform other duties as assigned by the store management team
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or cashier is required.
Conditions.
Wage: $23.10 ~ $24.00/hour
Working Condition: 30 – 35 hours a week.
Vacation pay: 4% of gross wages.
Working Location: 1190 Trans-Canada Hwy, Cache Creek, BC, V0K 1H0
