Happy Lemon is looking for a Food Service Supervisor
Position: Food Service Supervisor
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Working hours: 30 – 40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
Work Location: Kingsway
Job Duties:
· Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and essential equipment are stocked and prepared
· Resolving customers complaints/concerns in a professional manner
· Conducting regular inspections of the work areas to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained
· May be asked to involve in staff recruitment
· Train new staff their duties and responsibilities
· Supervise staff to ensure serving orders are prepared well in a timely manner
· Manage staff’s work schedules
· Perform other duties as requested
Job requirements: Minimum 2~3 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry
Educational Requirements: Completion of Secondary school
Language Requirement: English
