- Position: Head Butcher
- Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
- Wage: $23.00~$26.00/hour (depending on experience)
- Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Job Duties:
- Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
- Cut, trim, grind and prepare standard cuts of meat
- Weigh, wrap and package prepared meats and sell meats to customers
- Prepare special orders and displays of meats
- Maintain the equipment, knives and meat preparation counter clean and sterilized
- Supervise other butchers and meat cutters
- Train meat cutters on processing procedures, safe and sanitation procedures, and quality control
Job requirements:
- Experience: 2~3 years of related experience are required
- Education: Completion of secondary school is required
- Language: English
