Hanhon Enterprises LTD looking for full-time, permanent Assistant Cook

You will be responsible for the following:

• Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies to prepare menu for service.
• Weigh and measure ingredients for cooking.
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces and garnishes).
• Cook individual dishes and foods as instructed by the head cook.
• Make sure to keep the ingredients fresh and inform head cook in advance of likely shortages.
• Make sure all storage areas are tidy and all products are stored appropriately.
• Train and teach cooking skills.
• Clean kitchen before and after shift.

Education:       Completion of secondary school.

Experience:      1-2 years of experience in commercial cooking required.

Language of work: English.

Wage:             Your hourly wage will be $16.75  

Benefits:                    4 % vacation pay.
