Nomi Salon Ltd. in Victoria is looking for Permanent, Full-time positions for 2 Hairstylist to assist in running our growing firm and could join immediately.
Location: 1006 Blanshard St, Victoria, BC, V8W 2H5
Positions Available: 2 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $18 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week.
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim and style hair as per customer request.
- Suggest new styles and trends to customers.
- Wash, rinse and apply shampoo, conditioner and deep conditioner to hair.
- Train co-workers if needed.
- Provide other hair treatment, such as waving, straightening and tinting and may also provide scalp conditioning massages.
- Perform receptionist duties as needed including charging payments and record them to the system.
- Clean, style wigs and weaves
- Bleach, perm and highlight hair.
- Take payments and record them to the system.
- Order supplies.
Skills and Education:
1-2 years of related experience
Completion of Secondary School
