Job Description:
Pandher Farms Inc. is currently hiring 02 General Farm Workers to join them in Oliver, British Columbia as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
- Plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
- Fertilize, Harvest and spray crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Detect disease and health problems in crops,
- Examine produce for quality and prepare for market
- Set and monitor water lines
Benefits: Accommodation will be provided at $30/week. Relocation expenses & medical insurance for first 3 months covered by employer, if required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Work Site Environment: Outdoors, Wet/damp, Dusty, rain/ shine, hot/cold weather (Candidate should be physically able and willing to work on the farm in rain/sun or shine).
