Wage: $18.00 per hour plus gratuity
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation
You will be responsible for:
– Prepare and cook complete Japanese style dishes from the menu.
– Trim fish such as tuna, salmon and etc.
– Make nigiri sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, and special roll sushi.
– Make party tray and sushi combo.
– Assist creating new menus and sauces
– Clean kitchen area
Requirements:
– Minimum 2-3 years of cook experience
– Completion of high school
– English
