Working hours: 35 hours per week
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation per year OR 4% of vacation pay & Staff meal
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook complete Japanese meals from the menu.
– Make various kinds of sushi rolls, special rolls, sashimi, etc.
– Help to create new menus.
– Clean kitchen and own work area.
– Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies
Requirements:
– Minimum 2~3 years of cook experience
– Completion of high school
– English
