Front End Supervisor – Retail at Shoppers Drug Mart 2131

Location –     3327 Lakeshore Road Kelowna, BC V1W 3S9

Salary –          $21.65 / hour

Vacancies-      1 Vacancy

Terms of employment-          Permanent employment, Full time 40 hours/week

Start date-      As soon as possible

Job Requirements

Languages-     English

Education-      Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience-     1 to less than 7 months

Tasks

·       Assign sales workers to duties

·       Hire and train or arrange for training of staff

·       Order merchandise

·       Authorize return of merchandise

·       Establish work schedules

·       Sell merchandise

·       Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters

·       Organize and maintain inventory

·       Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages

·       Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
