Job Duties:
- Develop, implement and assess policies and procedures to effectively run the department or establishment.
- Prepare budgets, track revenues and expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Participate in devising pricing and promotional strategies to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies required for operations.
- Negotiate with clients for the reservation of facilities for various events like conventions, banquets, and receptions.
- Recruit, supervise, and train staff, as well as establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Perform front desk duties as needed to support operational needs and maintain guest service standards.
