• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the hotel, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Efficiently handling guest check-ins and check-outs, verifying reservation details and processing payments accurately.
• Assisting guests with room reservations, providing information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Responding to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Managing telephone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized front desk area, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Adhering to security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
