Comfort Inn & Suites Valemount is where you have all the amenities you need, and family friendly hotels you want to be. We are currently looking for a customer orientated and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our fast-paced team.
MAIN DUTIES:
- Make room reservations, registering and booking guests in and out of their rooms.
- Provide information and services to guests and receive payment for services.
- Offer information regarding features of rooms, services of hotel and transportation.
- Represents the first point of contact with guests.
- Welcome guests and handles all stages of a guest’s stay.
- Attend to group arrivals and departures.
- Answer telephonic queries and queries in person regarding hotel services.
- Respond to guest’s complaints and concerns.
- Keeping record of room reservations and availability.
Employment requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Completion of a hospitality management program or equivalent work experience may be required
