Job Title: Food Service Worker (Permanent employment – Full time)
Pay: $17 – $19 per hour
Roles and Responsibilities:
◦ Help facilitate the creation and introduction of a new prepared food menu
◦ Take customers’ orders
◦ Clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs using both manual and electric appliances
◦ Use deep fryer, grill, oven, dispensers and other equipment to prepare food items.
◦ Portion, assemble, and wrap food and package take-out food
◦ Serve customers at cheese and salumi counters
◦ Stock refrigerators, cheese and salumi counters and keep records of the quantities of food used
◦ Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas
◦ Ocassionally perform other duties to assist lead cook, when needed
◦ Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
◦ Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
◦ Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors

◦ Knowledge and expertise of an extensive selection of cheese and salumi is an asset
