We have an opening for Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) at our “Subway” restaurant (6910793 Canada Inc) located at Unit 1, 7600 Weston Rd, Woodbridge, ON L4L 8B7. If you have what it takes to succeed in this healthy environment, then this is a position for you.
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Duties:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
