Sushi Mania Japanese Restaurant in Vancouver, BC is looking for a full time Food Service Supervisor position.
Employer: BWK Restaurant Ltd. (o/a Sushi Mania Japanese Restaurant)
Position: 1 Food Service Supervisor
Job Duties:
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standard.
– Keep record such as amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.
– Supervise serving of meals.
– Prepare work schedule and evaluate work performance of staff.
– Respond to customer issues.
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
– Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant, including cleaning, food storage etc.
Requirement: – Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years supervisory experience in food or beverage retail field are required.
Conditions.
Wage: $17-$19 per hour
Working Condition: 35 – 40 hours a week.
Working Location: 3851 Main Street Unit 1, Vancouver, British Columbia, V5V 3P1
