• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food as per company standards
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required weekly
• Prepare food orders for customers with allergies
• Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage as well as cash outs and balancing
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures as well as transfer skills to new employees
• Ensure that food and service meet corporate standards for consistency
• Assist with food preparation and packing to help out to ensure orders are met in a timely fashion
• Deal with customer issues to resolve issues that arise
