Food Service Supervisor (62020)

Description

We have opening for Food Service Supervisor (62020) at our for “A & W” restaurant (Nova Centaurus Group Inc.) located at 6045 Bank St 301, Greely ON K4P 0G5. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will include Supervise, direct and co-ordinate activities of team members in kitchen for our guests at both in restaurant and take out while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Completion of Secondary school or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.

Ability to Supervise: 5-10 people

Job Duties:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules

Hourly Rate: CAD $17 per Hour for 32 to 40 Hours per week
