Food Service Supervisor

Description

The ideal candidate will be tasked to do the following job responsibilities;

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Ensure food service and quality control

Address customer's complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare and submit reports

Prepare food order summaries for chef

Must know the establishment;s culinary genres

Working experience in the same category requirement: 2 – 3 years

Educational Requirement: Secondary (high school) diploma
