Food Service Supervisor

We are looking for Food Service Supervisors for a well-known eatery One Restaurants located at 116 Yorkville Ave Toronto, ON M5R 1C2, Canada.

Job Duties:

• Ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, maintenance, product quality and speed of service during shift. 
• Overall event supervision, including the staff members such as servers during the shift.
• Responsible for operating a smooth service by ensuring fresh food is served in a timely order to guests.  
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of kitchen and dining areas.
• Make a schedule for the servers based on events. 
• Ensure the quantity and quality of food being served or delivered.
• Assist manager in recruitment and training of new staff.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns and ensure excellent customer service. 

Prerequisites:

Education:                               Secondary School graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience & Skills:                1 year to less than 2 years.

Language:                               English

Hourly Rate: $ 17.00 to $ 22.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
