Job Responsibilities:

Oversee, coordinate, and create schedules for staff engaged in the preparation and serving of drinks/juices.

Prepare drinks/juices as needed while supervising staff.

Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, and educate them on sanitation and safety procedures.

Estimate and order necessary ingredients and supplies for drink preparation.

Keep track of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety policies and service standards, in compliance with both government regulations and company policies.

Take part in the selection of staff.

Handle opening and closing procedures for stores when required.

Safeguard company properties.

Address customers’ complaints or concerns.

Qualifications:

A secondary school diploma or its equivalent is necessary.

12 months of experience in food preparation or service is required.

Supervisory experience in food service, retail, or a related work setting is preferred.

Capable of working independently.

Take initiative and act as a role model to others.

Exhibit strong communication skills and leadership skills.

Available to work flexible hours that may include early morning, evening, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
