Job Duties:

•       Supervise the staff and schedule the work activities for them.

•       Prepare the work schedule and procedures for staff.

•       Train new staff in job duties and safety procedures.

•       Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

•       Estimate the ingredients and supplies and order them as per requirement.

•       Keep records of stock, sales and wastage.

•       May plan food menus and estimate the food and labour costs.

•       Communicates food preparation formulas, standards, etc. changes to staff.

•       Ensures that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed.

•       Maintains business records as outlined in the SUBWAY® Operations Manual. Analyze the business records to increase sales.

•       Resolve customer complaints and rectify issues to provide the highest level of satisfaction.

•       Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.

•       Help the restaurant’s manager/owner plan special events and promotions.
