A combination of our special menus made up of fresh ingredients and a majestic view of Squamish delivers a delightful dining experience for our customers. We are looking for an experienced Full-Time Food Service Supervisor who is ready to lead and manage the team with dedication.

Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor

Vacancy: 2

Wage: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour

Working Hours: 30-40 hours a week

Working (Business) Location: 40437 Tantalus Rd #1, Garibaldi Highlands, BC. V0N 1T0

Benefit: 10 days or 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.

Responsibilities:

• Screening, interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
• Managing restaurant staff's work schedules.
• Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
• Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
• Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
• Monitoring the restaurant’s cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
• Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
• Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
