Dosaparagon Restaurant Ltd located at 1218 Wharf Street suite B, Victoria, BC, V8W 1T8 is looking for full time/ permanent Food Service Supervisor to be a part of team as soon as possible.

Duties:

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Hire food service staff

Ensure food service and quality control

Address customers' complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare and submit reports

Prepare food order summaries for chef

Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Establish work schedules

 

 

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

• 1 Year to Less than 2 Years
