Description
Our restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver and fully serves from classic tacos, quesadillas, burritos, to new additions from traditional recipes with local, organic, and sustainable products, when possible. We are now hiring an experienced full-time Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Full-time Food Service Supervisor

Responsibilities:
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
– Keep records such as the amount and cost of meals served, and hours worked by employees.
– Supervise serving of meals.
– Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of staff.
– Prepare food order summaries for cooks according to requests from customers.
– Respond to customer issues.
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
– Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant, including cleaning, dishwashing, food storage etc.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school.
– 2+ years of supervisor experience in restaurants are required.
Wage: $18.50 – $20.00 per hour.
Working Condition: 35-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
