We have the best sushi in Kamloops, BC. We are serving fully Japanese sushi and strive to serve the best food for our customers. We pride ourselves on offering quick and exceptional service. Now we are now looking for an experienced full-time Food Service Supervisor position.

Job Title: Full time Food Service Supervisor

Vacancy: 1

Employer: M&S Sushi Ltd. (o/a Arigato Sushi)

Working Location: 1821 Trans Canada Hwy. E. Kamloops, BC V2C 3Z7

Wage: $18.00~$23.00 per hour and 4% of gross income for paid vacation per year.

Work hours: 30~40 hours per week.

Start date of Employment: A.S.A.P

<Duties>

– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.

– Keep records such as the amount and cost of meals served and hours worked by employees.

– Supervise packing, serving, and delivering of meals.

– Prepare work schedules and evaluate the work performance of staff.

– Respond to customer issues.

– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.

– Organize the daily closing activities for the restaurant, including cleaning, food storage, etc.

< Requirements >

– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.

– 2+ years of supervisory experience in the food service field is required.

– Client focus, Good communication skills, Reliability

– Good knowledge of food preparation and service.
