We are looking to hire a Food Service Supervisor to join our company in XING FU TANG CALGARY (Heritage Meadows Location).

Terms of Employment: Full-time & Permanent

Vacancies: 2

Wage:  $ 18.50/ hour

Benefits: 4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

 

  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve drink, pearl and ice-cream
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for drink preparation
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage with management team
  • Train new staff in job duties, and oversee daily baristas’ schedules
  • Arrange and participate in out-of-store events

 

Skills requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Minimum 1-year experience
  • Ability to work as part of, train and lead a team
  • Client focused and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Effective interpersonal skills
