Salary : $16.00 to $17.50 / hour (To be negotiated)

Job requirements : 

Languages : English

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience : 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities : Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, Physically demanding

Additional Skills : Establish methods to meet work schedules, Train Staff in Job duties, Sanitation and Safety Procedures, Hire Food Service Staff, Address Customer's complaints or concerns

Specific Skills : Supervise and Co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and order ingredients and supplies, Maintain records of stock, repairs, Sales and wastage, Ensure food and services meet quality control, Prepare and submit reports, Establish work schedules.

Work Setting : Restaurant

Ability to Supervise : 5-10 people

Personal Suitability : Team player, Effective interpersonal skills, Flexibility, Client focus
