Title of Position: Restaurant Supervisor

Address: 2FL- 4405 Central Blvd, Burnaby, BC V5H 4M3

Terms of Employment: Full-time: 2 years

Language of Work: English

Wage:  $ 19 per hour

Benefits: 10 days paid vacation or 4% vacation pay

 

Job Duties:

  1. Supervisor and coordinate servers
  2. Oversee daily server schedules
  3. Ensure service meets quality standards
  4. Train servers in service procedures and restaurant policy,
  5. Present menu and take orders
  6. Make recommendations to customers
  7. Answer questions regarding menu
  8. Take orders and relay to kitchen
  9. Serve food and beverages
  10. Present bill to customers and accept payments.

 

Skills requirements.

  • Completion of secondary school
  • Minimum 1-2 years prior experience
  • Ability to work as part of team, train and lead a team
  • Client focused and ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain organized and effective in busy restaurant setting
