Job Position: Food Service Supervisor

Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and hire food service staff
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, sales, and repairs
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries
- Establish work schedules
Job Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service industry is required.
Term: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week), Permanent
Wage: $14.50 per hour
Benefit: 5.77 % of salary as vacation pay
