Food Counter Attendant

Job Title: Food Counter Attendant:(NOC: 65201)

Employer: Goodbowl

Location : 1630-4791 Mcclelland Road Richmond, BC V6X 0M5

Vacancy: 4

Wage: 15.65/hr for 35 hrs per week

Employment groups to include: persons with disabilities, indigenous, newcomers to Canada, student, and vulnerable youth

Terms of employment: Term or contract

Start Date: as soon as possible

Job Requirements:

Languages

  • English

Education

  • Minimum education: Secondary education

Experience

·      Experience is an asset, training is provided

 Duties

  • Process  and take food orders from customers
  • Stock inventory
  • May handle cash and cash count in till
  • Keep records of the quantities of food used
  • Package take-out food
  • Portion and wrap foods
  • Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
