Kyuzo Japanese Restaurant
Position: Food and Beverage Server
Salary: $17.50/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Location: 112-5701 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC
Vacation: 2 weeks or 4%
Openings: 2
Job Requirements
– Completion of high school
– No experience required, training will be provided
– Prior experience and second language will be an asset
– Must complete Foodsafe Level 1 and Serving it Right prior to employment
Job Responsibilities
– Greet customers, provide menus, take orders, and assist patrons with seating
– Relay orders to kitchen
– Serve food and beverages
– Prepare and package food for takeout/delivery platforms
– Ensure order numbers match up with takeout/delivery platforms
– Maintain inventory for wine, sake, and spirits
– Make recommendations for wine, sake, and spirits
– Calculate bill using computer system
– Present bill to patrons, take payment, and provide change
– Operate Point of Sale machines
